THE Mystic Wolves Taekwondo club in the Inxuba Yethemba area is in need of sponsors to assist the club.
The club competes in tournaments nationally and internationally and is directly affiliated to Phoenix Taekwondo in Port Elizabeth, which was established 20 years ago.
According to one of the club’s representatives, Brendon Fletcher, the club is rapidly growing and the minimal class fees paid by the members are used to cover the rental of the venue as well as the electricity.
“We will, however, be dropping the class fees as soon as we get further membership from paying students. The non-paying students are from Lingelihle and Michausdal areas.”
He said the club needed to raise funds for upcoming tournaments and travelling fees, including uniforms and training gear, which include mats and pads.
